  • Santasha Radcliffe shows the girls how preps for her meals.

Personal chef Santasha Radcliffe from “Santasha's Cooking Tonight” visited Junior Girl Scout Troop 94899, which had been working on its “Simple Meals” badge. Radcliffe explained to the girls how she plans a menu for a client, what ingredients she uses to help make her meals healthy and what tools she uses for different recipes.

For another part of the badge, the girls visited Shannon's Eyes on the Pies in Hewitt, where Shannon Cheevers offered a tour of the kitchen, information about healthy versions of smoothies and how to make an “apple rose“ dessert.
