Newly ordained to the priesthood on July 1, 2017 at St. John the Baptist Cathedral in Paterson, Fr. Henry Pinto celebrated his first Mass on July 2 at St. Joseph Church in West Milford. Pinto is from Guadalupe Huila, Colombia. He came to this country four years ago and has been with St. Joseph's Parish since. He served as deacon this past year. A reception was held for Pinto after the Mass in the Parish Center where family, friends and parishioners gathered to wish him well.
