Other tests offered are:

Residents who wish to participate must register in advance in person, by appointment, Sept. 5 or 19 at the Town Hall Municipal Building Meeting Room from noon to 2 p.m. or in the Town Hall Department of Health nurse’s office from 5 to 7 p.m. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis for as long as time slots are available.

Those planning to partake in the SMAC screening need to fast for 12 hours prior to testing to ensure accurate lab results.

Checks for that test should be payable to the Township of West Milford for SMAC Test. Make a separate check for other testing payable to Med Labs Diagnostics at the time of registration. Fees must be paid in advance and are not refundable.
